Tailor-made turnkey projects

Beyond manufacturing and supply-chain management services, Clévero Industries can develop end-to-end, turnkey projects of varied nature, adapted to each client’s specific needs.

Sector versatility and design

Our solutions range from design projects tied to industrial processes to parts for sectors such as consumer goods, agriculture, toys, and electronics. This versatility enables us to handle highly demanding technical and functional briefs, integrating design, engineering, and production within a single management framework.

International supplier network

A network of specialized partners and a broad base of international suppliers across Europe and other regions allows Clévero to offer an extensive service scope—from component manufacturing to the full implementation of production lines or industrial facilities.

Commitment to schedule, cost, and quality

This collaborative, global structure gives the company exceptional ability to adapt to projects of any size or complexity, consistently delivering tailored solutions on schedule, on budget, and to the required quality.

360° Vision • End-to-end chain management

industrial manufacturing

Manufacturing, logistics, and business aligned for global efficiency

We integrate engineering, purchasing, production, and supply chain under a single operating framework. We translate commercial requirements into technical specifications, a manufacturing plan, and a logistics plan. The result: coordinated decisions, less friction across functions, and projects that progress without surprises.

industrial processes

Clear planning, milestone control, and on-time schedules

We deploy a master plan with process routes, machine loading, critical materials, and inspection. We monitor potential deviations and apply contingency actions: alternative suppliers, sequence changes, or coordinated partial shipments. Date commitments with full visibility and disciplined follow-up.

industrial processes

Standardized processes and end-to-end traceability

We standardize operations and dimensional/documentary inspection records. We manage material certificates, special processes, treatments, and welding, maintaining lot/serial traceability and digital conformity records. This ensures every delivery arrives compliant and ready for use.

industrial processes

From single parts and short runs to volume production

We tailor the chain to the project phase: prototype and pre-series with high flexibility; industrialization with tooling, redundant capacity, and defined takt; one-off or volume production with planned replenishment. We maintain quality consistency and unit cost as volume scales, without compromising lead times.

industrial processes

Direct contact and continuous on-site follow-up

Our teams work closely with suppliers’ technical leads whenever needed. This lets us anticipate bottlenecks on site. Such hands-on support turns daily coordination into fast decisions and on-time deliveries.

Services

End-to-end industrial manufacturing management.

We coordinate technical requirements, supplier selection, planning, production control, inspection, quality, and logistics to deliver with precision, traceability, and on time.

Comprehensive manufacturing management

Requirements, supplier selection, planning, control, inspection, and delivery.

We review the initial specifications and propose improvements or alternatives when applicable, compare technical and commercial proposals, and choose the best partner when production is not in-house; we plan capacity and materials, control milestones and production, perform in-process/final inspections, and coordinate logistics and documentation for a compliant, on-time delivery.

Machining

[ Turning and milling ] Precision parts and assemblies.

From one-offs to series, we work carbon steel, stainless, aluminum, brass, and engineering polymers. Turning, milling, and grinding available.

Treatments and finishes

Thermal and surface; industrial painting.

Quenching, tempering, and normalizing; anodizing, zinc plating, phosphating, shot blasting, and passivation; surface prep, priming, and booth painting to ensure durability, appearance, and service readiness.

Quality and traceability

Control plans, validations, and conformity.

Operation-level inspection plans, lot/serial records, material and special-process certificates; dimensional reports and final release with documented conformity.

Project logistics

Technical packaging, shipping, and coordination.

Custom packaging, load consolidation, documentation and Incoterms management, customs coordination, and shipment tracking.
